Pink Bikini
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Coconut
- 1 (1.75-liter) bottle of raspberry lemonade
- 1 ¾ cups coconut rum
- 1 cup amaretto liqueur
METHOD:
- Break coconut into half.
- Pour access milk from coconut into a pitcher.
- Combine raspberry lemonade, coconut rum, and amaretto liqueur in a large pitcher. Stir well, then pour back into the coconut and add some ice.
Watermelon Frosé
INGRIDENTS:
- 1 standard 750mL bottle of rosé
- 1/2 cup fresh watermelon syrup, the recipe is below
- 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 pound cubed seeded watermelon
INGRIDENTS FOR WATERMELON SYRUP:
- 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice from about 2 cups of fresh watermelon cubes
- 1/3 cup sugar
METHOD:
- Pour the rosé into two ice cube trays and freeze until completely frozen
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Crave a small opening at the top of the watermelon.
- Then cut out pieces of the watermelon until clean and place them onto the tray so they are not touching. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Combine watermelon juice and lime juice in a small bowl. Then add ingredients from watermelon syrup can stir.
- Place rose ice cubes, frozen watermelon, and chilled watermelon syrup in a large blender; blend until combined and smooth. Pour back into watermelon.
Pineapple Mojito
INGRIDENTS:
- 2 Pineapples
- 6 large fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lime (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 cup club soda
METHOD:
- To make a cup out of fresh pineapple, you’ll need to use a core to remove the middle (leave room at the bottom), and then you can cut around inside and remove it with a spoon.
- Add the fresh pineapple and mint into blender.
- Blend them together in a blender until fully smooth.
- Add simple syrup, white rum, club soda, and juice into the blender.
- Once all blended pour drink back into the bottom of the pineapple and enjoy!
Pina Colada
INGRIDENTS:
- 1 Coconut
- 1¼ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2½ oz rum
- 1 cup coconut ice cream
- 1 cup ice
METHOD:
- Break coconut into half.
- Drain the access milk from the coconut into the blender.
- Cut the fresh pineapple into small pieces and place in a blender with the coconut milk, rum, coconut ice cream and ice and mix briefly.
- Once blended pour drink into the coconut and top it off with a piece of pineapple and enjoy.
Frozen Cantaloupe Daiquiri
INGREDIENT:
- 1 1/2 cups of rum
- 3/4 oz. rich simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 cup of fresh cantaloupe
METHOD
- To make a cup out of cantaloupe, cut your cantaloupe evenly into two and scoop out the seeds in center. Carefully scoop out the insides of the fruit and reserve the shells as your serving cups.
- Add all your ingredients to your blender pitcher and blend with a cup of ice. Pour into a cantaloupe shell and garnish with a mint spring and a slice of lime.
