Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Handful of ice
- 1.5 oz gin
- 3oz Rubicon Soursop
- 3oz tonic water
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Spring thyme or rosemary for garnish

Method:
- Fill a tumbler glass with ice and add in the gin, Rubicon Soursop, and tonic water
- Stir to mix it all together
