Of course, you have your fave drinks and are most likely itching to order them but why not say a massive CHEERS to patio season with a refreshing aperitivo that’ll remind you of Italy? Just in time to celebrate Italian Heritage Month and the hopeful end of COVID, an Italian aperitivo like the classic Negroni or Aperol Spritz, is a quintessential summer drink — not only for the bright colour but for the laid-back but elegant vibe they offer.
Of course, we recommend heading to your nearest patio to enjoy one, if your region has reopened patios, fear not! See below for how to make an Italian Aperitivo yourself at home!
