- 1 Large Ice Rock
- Garnish: Lime Peel
1800 MAGENTA MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino ($70 | Drizly / ReserveBar)
- 1 oz. prickly pear purée
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- Garnish: Fresh Lime Wheels
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine 1800 Blanco, prickly pear purée, lime juice and simple syrup in mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with fresh lime wheels.

INGREDIENTS

- 4 oz. Lemonade
- Garnish: Lemon Wheel dusted in Tajin
INSTRUCTIONS:

- .75 oz. Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Lime

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine 1800 Cristalino, pineapple juice and lime juice in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake, strain over fresh ice into a Highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
