As if it could get any better, Bagatelle’s Corporate Executive Chef has partnered with the Executive Chef of Bagatelle St. Tropez, Bilal Amrani to create a brand new menu that celebrates all the seasonal and local produce grown in close proximity to the restaurant.
The menu is designed to be enjoyed at any time of the day due to the enhanced freshness and quality of the ingredients. The dishes have been enhanced with delicate and aromatic plants and herbs like lemon verbena, for example. Safe to say that this will be a culinary journey that won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
A few noteworthy dishes to put on your radar are the Seabream Ceviche with eucalyptus and bottarga, Tonato with capers, and of course, we couldn’t forget dessert. The Chocolate Pizza, complete with caramelized walnuts needs to be tasted to be believed!
