The plant-based and organic joint offers a variety of salad bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, sandwiches, and more, with their Nutmylks as a popular beverage. The restaurant also has two types of detox programmes, depending on the customer’s needs.
Folia
Curated by Chef Matthew Kenney, the restaurant’s plant-based offerings at Four Seasons Resort Dubai include a selection of mains and desserts. Vegetable Thai Curry, Falafel Burger, and Baby Spinach Salad are some of the classic dishes on the menu.
Little Erth by Nabz&G
Named as the best vegan restaurant in Dubai in 2018, Little Erth encourages customers to connect with food in a wholesome way with bold tastes. The menu hosts a range of starters, wraps, salads and burgers. Some of the mains include Truffle Mushroom Risotto and Spaghetti Marinara with Vegan Meatballs.
SEVA
The SEVA experience focuses on meals that highlights wellness with fresh and local ingredients. Customers can find everything from salads and sides to mains and breakfast dishes.
Bloom Vegan Kitchen
While the purely vegan concept doesn’t have a physical location yet, their delectable dishes are available for takeout and delivery. The menu boasts of numerous colourful and hearty meals, like Buffalo Cauli Bowl, Vegan Don’t Bite Burger, Oatmeal Pancakes, The Vizza, and so much more.
Bounty Beets
With two locations in Dubai, the restaurant offers organic, gluten-free and vegan options. Along with a regular menu, they also have a plant-based menu with dishes like Spec Taco Lar (Zucchini taco shell, Spiced vegan meat), Bunbelievable (Beyond Vegan patty) and Kale-Ing It (Spaghetti, asparagus, tossed in kale).
Señor Pico
The Mexican restaurant serves up a special vegan menu with items like Zucchini Char Taco, Veggie Burrito, Portobello Mushroom Taco, Quinoa & Mango Salad, and Salsa & Chips. The Cauli “Frita” is an appetizing treat to go with any of the mains as well.
