Making this upcoming holiday season extra special, G Adventures is launching its first collection of Christmas market trips in Europe! Christmas markets are at the heart of the new tours, which will take tourists to Germany and Austria during December. Now, new trips launch as the interest in European travel from Canada increases since the epidemic started.

Christmas In Europe
This destination will surely ignite your holiday spirit, the new itinerary includes some of Central Europe’s best markets, such as the Hellbrunner Christmas Market in Salzburg, It features more than 700 beautiful lit Christmas trees, and Nuremberg, one of Europe’s oldest markets.
“The 2020 Christmas season was tough for many, with COVID-19 restrictions meaning a lot of families and friends weren’t able to spend the holiday season together. We’re excited to launch these new festive tours, and help travellers recapture the magic of Christmas,” says David Green, managing director of Canada for G Adventures.
There will be four departures running from late-November to the end of December. Guest have the options to take a week-long tour, that take travellers from Berlin to Vienna. The tour will stop in Salzburg, Munich and Nuremberg. Travellers will have the chance to sip on mulled wine, try Bratwurst and Currywurst tasting, explore historic sites, visit cheerful Christmas markets.
Starting from $1,999 per person, the seven-day trip can also be taken in reverse with the Christmas in Central Europe. The Vienna to Berlin tour price starts at $2,149 per person.
G Adventures’ Christmas in Central Europe trips are part of the company’s new Vaccinated Tours initiative. Which requires any travellers to have their full vaccinations at least 14 days before the tour departs.
