Rich, flavourful and creamy, what more could you want? This three-ingredient cocktail couldn’t be easier to make, making it the perfect weekend cocktail. Even though we enjoy getting in some heavy cooking on the weekend, let’s be honest: anything that’s quick and simple immediently has our undivided attention. Especially if the end result tastes like it took hours to make. This recipe was created by Dan Pabst, the Coffee & New Product Development Manager at Melitta and with his 16 years in the industry, it’s obvious that if anyone knows good coffee, it’s him. Seeing as this cocktail is centred around Cold Brew, we think it could even be sipped during brunch for a boozy start to your Sunday but as with any cocktail, it’s going to be delicious as a digestif.
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Flavoured Melitta Cold Brew
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
Simply pour all the ingredients over ice, stir, and enjoy!
