There’s tents, and heated cabins for outdoor dining but one restaurant in Seattle is taking it a bit further. Stoup Brewery offers a unique space to host outdoor gatherings with its greenhouse. Located at Ballard, the private corner of the beer garden can be used to seat around six to eight people.

The reservation for the greenhouse is priced at $100, with each one available for a two-hour time slot. Guests can find an extensive variety of beers on the menu, which can be purchased separately. The options for What’s On Tap include German Style Pilsner, Northwest Red Ale, Shirkin’ Work Scotch Ale, Feel My Muscles Imperial Porter, along with numerous IPAs and more.
The Ballard location of Stoup Brewery doesn’t feature a restaurant. Instead they operate with food truck brands on a rotating basis. The Kenmore location on the other hand includes its own menu, with a host of snacks, sharable plates, sandwiches, and pizza. It also offers the same delicious range of beers as the Ballard one.
The restaurant first launched in 2013, and continues to be led by husband-and-wife Brad Benson and Lara Zahaba, with their friend Robyn Schumacher. To reserve a spot at the greenhouse for outdoor dining in Seattle, check out the website here.
