Squeeze In: This popular breakfast and lunch spot is known for its funky decor and a huge menu of omelets, sandwiches, and other classic diner fares. It has been voted the “Best Breakfast in Reno” by the Reno News & Review for many years.
Our thoughts: Squeeze In is an affordable ($10 – $15) restaurant located at 5020 Las Brisas Blvd Suite five, Reno, Nevada. It is a highly-rated breakfast diner and the Traveller’s Choice award winner for 2022. The cafe-style American cuisine caters to special dietary needs as well.
Gluten-free options, vegan options, and vegetarian-friendly options are readily available. Squeeze In has garnered rave reviews from patrons thanks to its outstanding service, top-notch menu, and arguably the best breakfast in Reno. It’s good to go!
Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs: This family-owned restaurant serves up delicious comfort food, including omelets, pancakes, and eggs Benedict, as well as sandwiches and burgers. It’s a popular spot for breakfast and lunch and has been featured on the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.”
Our thoughts: What a winner! Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs enjoys a stellar rating from customers. This restaurant is located at 20 S. Sierra Street, Reno, Nevada. It offers American cuisine, cafe style, in a diner format.
Like other top-notch destinations of its class, it has gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available to folks with special dietary needs.
Among its best features are its exceptional food, service, and value for money. This is where you want to go when delicious breakfasts are on your mind. They have super-sized portions filled with all the richness and goodness you can imagine. Well worth a visit.
Bimini Steakhouse: For a fine dining experience, check out Bimini Steakhouse. It serves prime cuts of steak, seafood, and other meats and a selection of wines. The restaurant has a warm, elegant atmosphere and consistently receives rave reviews.
Our thoughts: Let’s talk about classic beauty, elegance, and ambiance! This highly-rated restaurant is a top 10 selection in the city. It’s located at 2707 S. Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada. What we liked about this place was the food, the decor, the service, and the atmosphere.
It’s a little pricier than our breakfast establishments, but that’s to be expected with unique entrees and sumptuous meals.
We loved the Maine lobster whipped potatoes with Yukon Gold potatoes & chives and the Twin petite tenderloins with a delightful brandy on the side. This restaurant is open from Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM and from 5:30 PM to 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
La Strada: This Italian restaurant serves authentic dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It has a cozy, rustic atmosphere, a menu featuring pasta, seafood, and meat dishes, and a selection of wines and cocktails. Welcome to La Strada.
Our thoughts: La Strada is an award-winning restaurant, and it shows. There is excellent food, wine, and atmosphere at this beautiful restaurant. It’s well known for its mushroom ravioli, a home favorite in this elegant Italian enclave. We loved the brick oven-style interior – it’s tasteful, stylish, and warm. But it’s the food that will keep you coming back, time and again. Five-star excellence is modestly priced – it’s the bee’s knees.
