The menu’s OG Pink Taco comes with shredded chicken, jack cheese, avocado salsa and habanero pickled onions. The fillings are put into fried pink corn tortillas. Other options for the tacos include fried lobster, baja, fried egg and sweet potato pink. Each order of the tacos is accompanied by Mexican rice and pinto beans.
Additionally, Pink Taco offers taco bowls, burritos, enchiladas and fajitas. The restaurant seeks to put Mexican cuisine in the limelight, offering all the classics with a twist of their own.
Pair your meal with one of their many margaritas. Want a shot for the ‘gram? You can have any of the frozen margaritas provided to you in a pineapple! Of course, it wouldn’t be a Mexican joint without mezcal. Wine, tequila, cocktails and beer are also available.
On the weekends, you can get your brunch on with Pink Taco’s separate brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am – 3pm. Sweet and savoury treats are both presented, along with cocktails.
