Chances are, if you’ve ever been to Toronto, then you have come across this towering hotel situated in the middle of Downtown. The Sheraton Centre Toronto is probably most known for its large group accommodations and abundant meeting spaces. In fact, it has the most hotel meeting space in Canada. Though, with their re-imagined transformation set to complete in the first half of 2022, this hotel is about to be known for a whole lot more than that.

As one of the first Sheraton’s to experience the new vision of their worldwide transformation, the bustling hotel plans to use local art throughout the property to pay homage to the city of Toronto. From the porte cochère – the passageway entrance into the front courtyard – to the 43rd-floor, 15,000-square-foot Sheraton Club Lounge, you can expect a distinguished vibe throughout.
“Every element is designed to make guests feel like they’re at home in a penthouse in the heart of the city.” says Allen Chan of DesignAgency, an award-winning international design studio, who were tasked with the redesign of the lounge.
I happened to get a sneak peak of the space and the way I would describe it is; “a modern, elegant, but comfortable space to work, play or just hangout and catch up with a friend”. The city views are stunning (I can only imagine it in-person at night!) and the décor throughout tells a story of Toronto’s history and landmarks at every nook and cranny. As the late afternoon sets in, the smoky aroma of cocktails fills the air with their re-energized food & beverage program.
“The reopening of the Sheraton Club brings a fresh take and modern feel to the space with incomparable views of the city.” echoes Tim Reardon, general manager, Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.
The Sheraton Club lounge is an exclusive offering designed for Marriott Bonvoy members, however you can still gain access through upgrades and packages offered to hotel guests. The Club lounge is officially open for guests to experience and book firsthand via a private check-in or through their updated mobile check-in experience available to all hotel guests.

If you know me, then you know this is my treasured part of every hotel and the 24/7 365 heated indoor and outdoor pool at the Sheraton Centre Toronto is no exception. Featured as one of the best pools in Toronto, I can’t wait to see what they do here. They’ll be adding a new event space offering another picturesque area to host outdoor events. You can even book hotel rooms overlooking the deck, that walk out right to the pool, while surrounded by lush greenery.
