Amazing Graze
When Grace first started this charcuterie venture with her grazing tables there wasn’t anyone in the GTA like her and today, she’s flourishing and doing what she absolutely loves! Since the start of the pandemic, she’s expanded her products and besides the grazing tables, she now offers a wide variety of platters, boards and signature boxes! I had a wonderful chat with Grace and you can really tell how passionate she is about creating these one-of-a-kind charcuterie displays!
About The Boards
Grace creates versatile boards suitable for anyone with any dietary restrictions! Best of all, she loves consulting with clients beforehand to get to known exactly what they’re looking for, the budget their working with and from there, she has the freedom to put her magic to work on each personalized board!
Grace’s favourite platter to put together is her at-home boards. She loves being able to go to the client’s home or venue and have the freedom to create the board right where it’ll be displayed! When it comes to home delivery, she loves putting together her round platters!
“I love the height of the board, the look of the board and how rustic and inviting it is. When someone walks into a charcuterie board like that, guests are just drawn into it and that’s really what I love to see.”

Fresh Produce, Treats & Flowers
Grace’s background in events and catering has really elevated her charcuterie board game! She loves to use fresh genoa salami, prosciutto prima, traditional asiago and parmesan reggiano cheeses, fruits and veggies, textured crackers and of course, fluffy baguettes! Some of her vegan/dairy-free options include maple double brie cashew, dairy-free cheddar and blueberry cashew spreadable cheese! Grace is looking forward to getting fresh flown-in international cheeses this summer!
Each board is filled with layers on layers of goodies! She loves to make salami roses, lay her cheeses perfectly, incorporate a variety of nuts and homemade treats! Her staple has to be the peaNutter! They’re these delicious chocolate dipped stuffed peanut bites!
Grace has 15 years of floral experience and with that she’s been able to fuse both her passions together and have fun playing with colour!
“I have a journal where I jot down my ideas. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and prepare a board and pairings. Sometimes I wake up my older kids out of bed and say, ‘I made another board, want to come down?'”
