1 Hotel Design
Featuring 112 rooms including 21 suites, the hotel provides a light and airy design with wood finishings that are sustainably sourced. 1 Hotel Toronto has a property wide filtration system, on-site organic composter and will host a “Bee Hotel” habitat designed to attract bees and pollinators. All rooms will be adorned with plants, organic cotton linens, yoga mats as well as signature organic bath products.

Restaurant Concepts
1 Hotel Toronto will feature a state-of-the-art fitness facility along with 5 dining and entertainment options. Although very different concepts, the restaurants are all connected by fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
1 Kitchen & The Garden Pavillion
Opening with the hotel’s August 4th launch date, will be 1 Kitchen, Flora and the 1 Hotel Garden Pavilion. 1 Kitchen is a casual all day indoor/outdoor dining experience adjacent to the neighborhood park featuring cold-pressed juices, plant-based dishes and sustainably harvested fish and proteins. Enjoy the cozy fireplace at the elegantly designed hotel lobby bar where people naturally want to congregate over laughs and cocktails.
Casa Madera
If you’re lucky enough, you can get a seat in their Garden Pavillion, surrounded by over 40 fruits and vegetables. Sprouting soon is Casa Madera, the first location in Canada from famed restauranteurs, The Madera Group – an immersive indoor and outdoor dining experience. Enjoy chef-driven selections that celebrate the culinary traditions of Mexico and the Mediterranean while DJs play alongside talented performance artists.
Harriet’s Toronto on the Rooftop
Harriet’s Toronto, by nightlife group The h.wood Group, will be the city’s newest rooftop hotspot featuring an open concept sushi bar, expertly made cocktails and tailored poolside bottle service rituals.
