Aeroplan has announced the first-of-its-kind partnership with Starbucks bringing Air Miles Rewards to participating coffee shops near you. Air Canada’s Loyalty Members can now earn and redeem Aeroplan points on their favourite Starbucks beverages and snacks. You can even link your Starbucks account to your Aeroplan Rewards to earn double the points.
Aeroplan has listened to the over 30,000 members who want a loyalty program that will benefit all its members. Partnering with Starbucks is the first step towards creating more opportunities to collect Aeroplan rewards in our everyday lives. According to Mark Nasr, Senior Vice President, Products, Marketing and eCommerce for Air Canada, we can expect to see more Aeroplan partnerships with the brands we know and love.

“By bringing together two of the country’s most celebrated rewards programs, Starbucks Rewards and Aeroplan, we’re excited to open up a new world of benefits for customers and invite more Canadians to try the Starbucks experience,” says Peter Furnish, vice president, Product and Marketing, Starbucks Canada.
There are a number of different ways to earn Aeroplan points at Starbucks. The most notable include: loading your Starbucks Card with $50 or more, redeeming at least 150 stars in a month and making 4 or more eligible purchases in a week. You can also earn extra Aeroplan points for a limited time when you use a TD Aeroplan credit card.
The partnership with Starbucks further proves Aeroplan’s commitment to rewarding both frequent and occasional travellers for their everyday purchases. In addition to the new partnerships yet to be announced, Air Canada’s loyalty program will include limited-time “Aeroplan Ahead” offers throughout 2021 which will provide unique opportunities to earn points.
