January is always a bleak month with the gloomy weather and darkness kicking in at 4 pm but what if we told you that there’s a way to boost your mood? Enter Daydream which is made in Toronto and it’s the very first sparkling beverage infused with hemp extracts and adaptogens. If you’re not familiar, adaptogens have been used for centuries in Chinese and Ayurvedic healing traditions and they’re having a major resurgence now. Adaptogens like ginseng, moringa, and schisandra are known to combat stress and fatigue while upping clarity and focus. Sign us up, right? While you can certainly sip Daydream on its own, it’s much more fun to create a mixed drink that acts as the perfect mid-day pick me up. Matcha is another super popular ingredient because it’s filled with antioxidants, boosts brain function, and it’s a great sub for coffee if you’re trying to cut back. Instead of reaching for a second or even third cup of coffee, try this matcha recipe!
