The Beach Motel itself is not expanding instead they launched The Beach House, a short two minutes down the road from the motel. About The Beach House
Whether you need an entire house or a smaller space, The Beach House has something to offer you. With the same luxurious touch known and loved at The Beach Motel, The Beach House offers the same design aesthetic. Guests are able to rent the whole house or by floor, as The Beach House has 1,000 square feet of stylish space, three bedrooms, a full kitchen/dining room/bathroom, and access to an amenity room equipped with a ping pong table, yard and board games. Both upper and lower-level suites are available. The upper-level suite features a top-floor deck that overlooks the private treed backyard, while the lower-level suite has exclusive access to the meticulously manicured front yard.
“We’ve always wanted to expand The Beach Motel, so when the opportunity came up to convert a nearby house into a space with the same look and feel, we jumped at it,” explains Dane Buttenaar, Co-Owner of The Beach Motel.
“The property is so versatile. It works perfectly as a full house rental for bachelorette trips or larger gatherings, and can also be booked by the floor, which is ideal for three couples, a family with kids, or a girl’s getaway. The yard surrounding the house is the perfect place to hang and you’re just a quick walk to The Beach Motel or — you guessed it — the beach!,” Buttenaar says.
If you’re considering a stay at The Beach House but fear you’ll miss the continental breakfast offered at The Beach Motel, don’t worry as both suites offer full access to the breakfast! The upper-level suite sells for $639/night on weekends in the high season, while the lower level is $569/night on weekends in high season, with bookings beginning July. Weekly rentals are available at a discounted rate. There will also be a special rate to rent the whole house.
