Chef Nuit’s Pad Gra Prow Burger first entered our lives when Chef launched the By Chef Nuit Pop-up last summer. This updated version is about to have us fall in love all over again. Wondering what to expect? Bite into a delicious all-beef double patty, topped with smoked mozzarella, grilled onion, pickled cucumber & chilli, lettuce, a Thai-style fried egg, and house-made sriracha sauce on a sesame bun.

Pad Gra Prow Burger
Chef Nuit told WanderEater, “My Pad Gra Prow Burger was so well-received by Toronto diners at our By Chef Nuit Pop-up last summer, and I’ve received so many comments from guests asking if and when I would add this to the menu. I have made some tweaks to the recipe since and I thought National Burger Day was the perfect time to bring this back as a one-day special!”
